Important Information For Our Guests. COVID19

Dear Guests, our team are continuing to work remotely contacting as many guests that are due to arrive over the coming weeks up to and including 20th April.

Due to the unprecedented amount of calls we are asking guests to email the following details of the breaks to the email address that has been set up for this difficult and worrying period.

Email us at customerrelations@coastfieldsleisureltd.co.uk with your choice of a new break at any of our parks for any date, valid for 12 months from the date you were due to arrive. Plus, as a thank you, you will receive a £50** voucher to spend on park during your stay.

  • If your chosen break is cheaper, we will refund the difference
  • If your chosen break is more expensive, you will need to pay the difference

It could take us up to 28 days to get back to you. As you can appreciate, we are experiencing a high number of calls and emails and of course we need to support our team members who we are also looking after at this time. Our goal is to prioritise immediate breaks coming up. We would, however, ask that only those with bookings in the next 14 days call us at this time so that we can prioritise these customers. Please include – Name, Booking reference number, dates.

Could we ask that all guests due to arrive after the 20th April to not contact us at this time, this will enable us to continue with the imminent guest arrivals that we need to service. Unless your enquiry is of an urgent nature, we request that you do not call at this time.

Holiday homeowners

We understand that you may be concerned about your property at a time like this. Whilst all our parks and venues remain closed, please rest assured that we are carrying out regular security patrols to ensure that all sites remain as safe as possible. We ask for your support at this time by only calling parks for emergency reasons only. Should there be anything at all that needs reporting to our holiday homeowners about your holiday home we will of course contact you direct.

Our Latest Update for our holiday guests and holiday home owners.

Our parks are now temporarily closed for all holiday guests, seasonal tourers and holiday home owners until further notice.

We have taken this decision in accordance with the latest Government advice in relation to non-essential travel and the further measures announced on March 23rd.

Our team have been to all current holiday home plots across our parks and asked those still on site to return to their primary domicile.

We are contacting all guests and tourer bookings who have a holiday booked during this period, particularly all that were due to arrive in the next 7 days as a priority. We would like to thank our guests for their patience whilst we work through this as quickly as we can.

We are sure that many guests have questions regarding Holidays that are due to take place after the 20th April please could we kindly ask that those guests do not call us at this time and allow us time to speak to the guests that are due to arrive over the next few days. We will be asking all holidaymakers to leave park on their original departure date.

We would like to apologise to everyone for this disruption and thank our park teams for their continued support in this challenging time.

Options if your holiday is affected during our temporary closure?

We are aiming to manage your booking in the way that suits you most. When you are ready, we’re offering all guests the option of:

1. Make your decision later. When you are ready, call or email us to book any time in the next 12 months. Plus, as a thank you, you will receive a £50** voucher to spend on park during your stay.

2. Email us with your choice of a new break at any of our parks for any date, valid for 12 months from the date you were due to arrive. Plus, as a thank you, you will receive a £50** voucher to spend on park during your stay.

What do I do if I want to amend my break?

The quickest and easiest way to amend your break is to email us at customerrelations@coastfieldsleisureltd.co.uk

When you email, for us to help you amend your break in the quickest possible time, please include:
• The start date of your current break in the subject header
• Your booking reference number, telephone number and include the date you would like to move to, in the body of your email.
