Important Information For Our Owners and Guests

COVID-19: What You Need To Know

** UPDATE – 9th April 2021 **

We are delighted to announce that we will be opening our parks to holiday home owners and self-catering holiday guests from April 12th, following the latest Government announcement.

Holiday home owners can once again visit their properties from April 12th and we can also offer self-catering and touring holidays (motorhomes and touring caravans only) from this date – but not camping holidays. Please note that we will not be opening shared facilities (wash rooms, toilet blocks etc.) on April 12th and so those staying on park must use their own facilities in their accommodation or touring caravan/motorhome.

Our venues and arcades will not open on 12th, in line with Government guidance, with the exception of the Spar supermarkets which will remain open on a daily basis. Outdoor table service at selected bars across our parks will start from 12th April.

If you have booked a holiday at any of our parks during the lockdown period, our team will contact you soon to discuss your options.

Further advice can be found on the Government’s website here Thank you all for your continued support and custom.

We are pleased to be reopening our parks on Monday 12th April 2021 in accordance with government guidelines.
