COVID-19: What You Need To Know

** UPDATE – 14th July **

We are delighted that as of 19th July, government restrictions will be relaxed. However, please ensure that any advisory signage is followed. We continue to advise the wearing of face masks whilst moving around in indoor spaces. 

Our arcades and other indoor facilities are open along with live entertainment on our stages across our parks & venues.

  • We have amended our check in and check out procedures to allow us more time to safely clean and sanitise your accommodation. Our check in times are now slightly later than you may be used to, currently 5pm. We also request that all accommodation is vacated by 9am on the day of departure
  • Our team will endeavour to contact you at least 24 hours prior to your arrival date to further explain our procedure, your actual check-in time and to address any concerns or questions you may have.
  • On arrival on park, Lead guest only to attend reception. Only 2 people in reception offices at any one time please. Clear directional signage will be in place.
  • Please maintain Social distancing measures if you are required to wait in any queue externally.
  • Please have your cleanliness deposit ready in cash to deposit in envelope provided at check in.

You will be advised of a number to contact  in the unlikely event of any issues or concerns but we ask that you do not return to reception.

Yes, our swimming pool at Coastfields Holiday Village is open

Please note the following changes to our operating procedures which are designed to keep people as safe as possible whilst providing access for as many people as possible. We appreciate your understanding and co-operation at these times.

  1. The pool will open 7 days a week from 10am until 4pm (last session start time).
  2. All sessions are strictly pre-bookable (not earlier than the day prior), will start on the hour and will last for 90 minutes. Times are 10am, 12noon, 2pm & 4pm allowing 30mins between sessions for cleaning.
  3. Booking priority will be given to Coastfields owners and holiday guests who have booked a holiday through Coastfields. Max one session per person per day.
  4. You will need to quote your caravan number, pass number and contact telephone number to book.
  5. To book your session, please call Coastfields reception (01754 872592, option 4 option 1).
  6. There will be a maximum of 50 people per session.
  7. From 9am to 10am each day, the session will be reserved for people with disabilities and special needs only.
  8. There is no entrance to the pool through reception. Please wait for your booked session at the rear entrance to the pool behind Ba Rumba. There are separate entry and exit doors
  9. Please be prepared to show your pass card on entry. STRICTLY NO ADMITTANCE UNLESS PRE-BOOKED.
  10. Cleaning and sanitisation will take place to communal areas and lockers before the start of each session.
  11. Please adhere to social distancing guidelines at all times and follow any instruction given by our trained lifeguards.

We are now open indoors.

All food & drink can be ordered at our bars or alternatively you will be able to order through our app on the tables in our bars.

Face coverings are being encouraged whilst not sat at a table to protect yourselves and our team.

All our venues will also display a QR code, which we ask our guests to scan on arrival with their NHS Test & Trace App. This is now voluntary.

Please pay by contactless card wherever possible (Cash still accepted).

We have invested in high end sanitisation machines and staff will trained to use these throughout our opening hours in all venues.

Our touring facilities are now open.

We have enhanced cleaning across our parks and facilities, with our state of the art Storm Sanitising Spray Applicator. It applies a sanitised protection barrier onto hard surfaces and fabrics.

Do not leave your accommodation other than to travel home. It is vital we continue to help protect the health and wellbeing of all of our guests and team, please pack up your belongings and return home immediately with all members of the party you travelled with. Yes, these are open daily with a full range of provisions. Please follow directional and advisory signage, there for your safety and that of our staff. Please use contactless payment wherever possible. (Cash still accepted).

To adhere to the governments track and trace policy, we need to be aware of who is on park at any given time. We therefore kindly ask that our owners complete this form each and every time you come to stay on park.

We are collecting this data to support the NHS test and trace system. For further information about test and trace please visit https://www.gov.uk/guidance/nhs-test-and-trace-how-it-works , We will be holding the data for 21 days after which it will be destroyed. The data will not be used for any other purpose, including marketing.

YES, this is extremely important. We recommend that you carry out the following steps for your safety

1. Open all windows to ventilate the caravan

2. Run all hot and cold water taps for at least 2 minutes. Don’t forget any outside taps (but remove any hosepipe first)

3. Close the toilet lid and flush the toilet twice

4. Place a plastic bag with one corner cut off around the shower head and then run the shower for 2 minutes. The plastic bag will prevent any unnecessary spray

5. We also recommend that you also de-scale your shower head

6. Run any washing machine and dishwasher through a full cycle before use.

7. De-scale your kettle

8. Check that your fire and carbon monoxide alarms are working correctly

9. Please book relevant drain downs with reception giving plenty notice

We will be doing everything possible to keep you safe whilst on park, with enhanced cleaning regimes and investment in leading sanitisation equipment in use throughout all venues.

  • Outdoor seating provision has been increased at most bars.
  • Please help us to keep you safe by following advisory signage.
  • We are encouraging the use of contactless cards wherever possible, although cash will of course still be accepted.

Yes. We once again advise wearing a face mask whilst in reception areas to protect yourselves and others.

We require all owners who privately sub-let to confirm that their accommodation as a minimum will have been cleaned and sanitised in accordance with the procedures in the following link. You are also advised to have a risk assessment in place to protect your business.

We also require owners to complete our online sub-let registration form using this link. This will allow us to track and trace customers should it be needed and confirms that the unit has been Covid-19 cleaned. We are collecting this data to support the NHS test and trace system. Provided you have completed the registration form above, we will continue to offer a key handling service at Coastfields Holiday Village.

Our check in procedure has also been amended to safeguard customers and staff. We encourage you to inform your hirers that:

  • On arrival on park, Lead guest only to attend reception. Only 2 people in reception offices at any one time please.
  • Please maintain Social distancing where possible.
  • Please advise your hirers not to return to reception except if absolutely necessary. They must direct any concerns or questions to you.
  • Please ensure that your hirers do not travel to park if they suspect they or any of their party have any Covid-19 symptoms and also that they follow our guidance elsewhere on these pages in the event that they develop symptoms during their stay.

From Monday 26th July, charges for passes will be re-introduced. Charges are £50 for 3 or 4 nights breaks and £80 for 7 night breaks. Payments to be made 2 weeks in advance of arrival wherever possible. Thank you.
