Roman Bank road closure
Lincolnshire County Council is carrying out major roadworks along Roman Bank in Skegness – which could affect your journey to both Coastfields Holiday Village and North Short Holiday Centre.
The works are starting on September 7th and will see the road closed for 8 months between Roman Bank’s junction with Burgh Road/Castleton Boulevard to just past its junction with Elmhirst Avenue.
As part of the works, a full 24/7 road closure of Roman Bank will be in place from the end of w/c 7th September (the exact location will change as the scheme progresses).
The official diversion route for the closure will be via the A52 / C541 / A158 at the Gunby dual carriageway, and vice versa.
Please continue to check Lincolnshire County Council’s website for the latest information regarding the road works.
