Q: What size holiday home do you sell?
A: We have various sizes available ranging from 28ftx10ft to 40ftx20ft. Location will depend on available pitches at your chosen park.
Q: What am I buying?
A: You are buying your holiday home to own outright. You will not own the land that it is sited on. You will be granted a license for a minimum of 5 years and up to 20 years dependent on the age and condition of the caravan or Lodge. After this period, your holiday home agreement will be reviewed on an annual basis.
Q: How long will it take to complete a purchase?
A: We aim to have everything complete within an average of 14 days. This can vary depending on park selected and location of the holiday home. We will always keep you updated if this will be the case.
Q: Can we buy our holiday home as a family or a group?
A: Yes, you can, but we can only register two names to the ownership of the Caravan.
Q: Do I have to pay a deposit?
A: A minimum deposit of £5,000 or 10% of the total purchase price, whichever is greater, is required. Once this is received, it will be sited to your choice of pitch and utilities connected.
To secure your holiday home before you visit, a £1,000 reservation fee is required. This will remove the holiday home from sale for a period of 7 days, allowing you the time to come and view it and the park. After your visit, this can be transferred towards the deposit and you just need to top up the amount to the minimum required deposit.
Q: Do you accept part exchanges?
A: We can accept other holiday homes or tourers as part exchange against your new holiday home
Q: Is finance available?
A: We offer finance on terms between 2 and 10 years subject to terms and conditions. Please contact our sales team who can go through this in more detail for you.
Q: What other costs are involved with owning a holiday home?

Q: Do we have to pay insurance?
A: Yes, it is a condition of your licence agreement that you must obtain valid holiday home insurance.
Q: Can I use the facilities on the park or at other sites within Coastfields?
