This park is all about peace and tranquillity. There’s no live entertainment or clubhouse here – just all the space you need to have a relaxing touring holiday.

Roach Farm is home to mature trees and several well-stocked fishing lakes that give the park a lush green look and feel.

Our touring pitches

Whether you want to bring your touring caravan or motorhome, there is a pitch that’s right for you! Roach Farm has a wide selection of grass, landscaped and hard standing pitches with electric hook-ups available.

The park also boasts a selection of new Super pitches, with individual water and drainage points and a grassed area adjacent to the pitch.

Some of our pitches also enjoy beautiful lakeside views – which are great for keen fishermen who want to be close to the water.

PLEASE NOTE THAT WE RESERVE THE RIGHT NOT TO PERMIT COMMERCIAL VEHICLES ON PARK.

Our facilities

Roach Farm offer great facilities for our touring guests, including a shower and toilet block as well as waste disposal and water points.

There’s also a small shop on site which is stocked primarily with fishing gear and equipment. You’re only a few minutes from the centre of Skegness with its bars, clubs, restaurants and shops, should you need to stock up on those daily essentials.
