STEP 1: Is holiday home ownership right for you?

We want to ensure that our owners make the best use of their holiday home, so think about the reasons why ownership is right for you. If your wish is for endless escapes and breaks at your own leisure, then holiday home ownership is the perfect choice.

Whilst there are costs involved with owning a holiday home, our parks vary in annual site fee costs and are often subject to the amenities that are available on park and the location. Choosing the right kind of holiday park is important so have a think about what you would like to do during your holidays.

STEP 2: Location

Choosing your location is important, so it is a good idea to make sure the park suits your needs. It may be that you love the seaside, so a park close to the beach would be a perfect choice. Our coastal region parks are all within walking distance, or a short drive away from the beautiful coastline of Lincolnshire.

Or would you prefer to be settled in the countryside, with beautiful views over fields and flowers? We have a number of parks that would be perfect for you. Either way, all of our parks are in close reach of the best resorts like Skegness, Ingoldmells and Mablethorpe.
